Aaron Tyler Personal Training are looking to expand our capacity to provide high quality personal training and group fitness services to our existing and new clients. We are looking for a fully qualified personal trainer to join the team. Even if you are not qualified but will be soon please read on.

The Role

We are currently looking to further expand our highly successful and popular Running Club courses. On our last course (leading up to the 2011 Bristol Half Marathon) we had 176 clients sign up for 15 weeks of sessions. This meant that we had 5-6 groups of runners all training at the same time. With growth in this area expected and planned we need more passionate and dedicated personal trainers - ideally with a background in running but not essential.

You will work with a Lead Trainer to deliver our Running Courses. You can read more about the current course here. The programme structures are pre-set but we look to each trainer to quickly establish the needs of their particular group and the individuals in it and then suggest suitable training structures for their sessions.

Sessions last for an hour and start at 7pm on mid-week nights and occasionally on Saturday mornings.

Full training will be given on developing a new course and of course we will take responsibility for delivering the client base leaving you free to do what you do best - deliver first rate, motivational and exciting group running sessions.

You

You are a fully qualified (or soon will be) personal trainer - minimum level 3. You will also hold a valid and relevant first aid certificate plus full public liability insurance.

Personal Training 1 to 1 and in groups (such as our running courses) will be a passion for you and you will be dedicated to providing exceptional levels of customer service. Your understanding of client needs and concerns coupled with your ability to develop trust and close working relationships will set you apart from other personal trainers. Your drive to continually improve your own skills, knowledge and experience will keep you at the forefront of health, performance and wellbeing.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the most progressive health and fitness team in the South and West. We have grown rapidly by going the extra mile for our clients and exceeding their expectations.

We will provide the structure, direction and strategy so that you can develop into a first class personal and group trainer. Al you need to do is to bring the determination to succeed and the personality clients will warm to.

This is a great opportunity for a new trainer.
