Increasing muscle size or increasing strength is a very common goal for many men and is also necessary for some females to achieve other health, performance and wellbeing goals. 

Huge quantities of research have gone into the process of increasing muscle mass and there are many training programmes that can be bought 'off-the-shelf' on the internet that make unrealistic claims of instant success.

At Aaron Tyler Personal Training we have read and studied much of the research and indeed tried some of the 'off-the-shelf' products. Everything that we have read and tried has showed us that the training adopted by an individual needs to be specific to them. Person A, following Person B's training programme, will have vastly different results from Person B.

It is essential that each individual is fully assessed prior to developing a unique muscle gain programme so that realistic goals can be set, monitored, adapted, and ultimately, achieved.

In addition we know that a lot of muscle gain programmes are extremely boring and inefficient. Our training programmes are different. We make sure that you stay motivated all the way through your programme by introducing variation and also education.
