The Mummy Workout

Having a baby? Unsure what exercise you should and shouldn’t do whilst pregnant?

Recently had a baby and want to get back in shape? Want to get out, have fun and meet other new mums?

Then come along to one of our ‘Mummy Workouts’. Specifically designed for pre and post-natal mums, each class, whether you're pre or post-natal, involves a variety of fat-burning, strengthening and body-toning exercises, all of which can be tailored to meet your individual fitness level. All exercises will follow safe and effective parameters for pre and post natal exercise and will take into account physical and hormonal changes relevant to the appropriate stage of your pregnancy or post-pregnancy fitness.

Classes are run in conjunction with Everyone Active Leisure and currently take place as follows;

Pre and Post - Natal (Bring baby too!)

Mondays @ Henbury Leisure Centre, Henbury, 11am – 12pm

Fridays @ Henbury Leisure Centre, Henbury, 11am – 12pm
