Welcome to the Aaron Tyler Personal Training Boot Camp. Following the success of our running club, and following feedback from many individuals and groups, this boot camp is designed to hit all areas of the body, and not just for running. That’s right, you asked for it, and we delivered!

Boot camp is perfect for anyone with a new years resolution, that doesn’t know where to begin, requires that extra little push to motivate them, or just wants to have a bit of fun while exercising. So if you have a New Years resolution, but don’t know where to begin, read on!

Expertise and Motivation

Similar to our running course, we are a group for non athletes. That’s not to say we won’t take any budding Olympians though! With our method of training, you’ll always be in a group that is the same level as you, so no-one will get left behind. Our training is progressive, to ensure that once you start to get fitter, we will continue to push you, ensuring that you don’t plateau.

Nick has had plenty of experience in fitness coaching, doing his training at Nottingham Trent University. There he was part of a team of coaches who saw the University to its most successful sporting year ever, many winning leagues and trophies. His coaching involved pre-season fitness, and strength and conditioning exercises, so you’ll never feel bored by what you’re doing!

Motivation is the key thing that stands in the way of people and their fitness goals. With this course, you will never be bored, as we do things a little differently. No gym equipment here, just old fashioned fun. Using equipment such as sandbags, and each other (all will become clear in the first session!) boredom will never be a factor.

Important Information

The course starts on the 4th February and runs for 10 weeks, every Saturday at 9.30am. We meet by the Water Tower on the Downs. Please arrive 10 mins early. You do not need to attend every session.
