"I was very impressed with my first boxing class and will definitely be going again!! There was a good mix of exercises suitable for beginners and those more advanced that gave everyone a good all round workout. The instructors were really helpful and encouraging and I definitely felt like I had worked hard at the end of the session! The class was also really good fun and the hour flew by! I am even looking forward to the next one!"

"Just to say thanks so much for the session on Wednesday - it was great! Even after I had had a personal training session an hour before! Of course it was hard work and challenging but that's the point isn't it?! If it wasn't people wouldn't want to stick at it. I certainly need to as I'm getting married next summer so want to be in good shape for the Australian beaches for honeymoon!!!
Very much looking forward to further sessions and Louise and I will be coming on Tuesdays. Will add variety to our workouts!"

"Aaron was fantastic, I don't have a high level of fitness yet he didn't make me feel like I couldn't do anything. He gave me so much encouragement and really worked me... so much so that I noticed an improvement the following week! I took my younger sister along too, she's quite shy yet they really brought her out of her shell and she loves the classes! I highly recommend and encourage anyone to go to at least one class to see for themselves how they turn exercise fun!"
