The first step you will take before commencing a Personal Training Programme is a meeting with one of our trainers. The meeting is your opportunity to have all of your queries answered and it's our opportunity to fully establish where you are in relation to your Health and Fitness Goals. Once we know where you are we can then produce your own personally tailored individual Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme that will gurantee you achieve your Health and Fitness Goals.
